Miami, FL – August XX, 2005- Carlisle Development Group, affordable housing real estate developers, has received the 2005 Affordable Multi-Family Developer of the Year award from the Latin Builders Association.

The Affordable Multi-Family Developer of the Year award honors companies that have a proven track record in their industry. Winners were selected based on criteria which included commitment to local community and upholding a high standard of ethics and social responsibility.
With more than 34 years experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Boggio is seen as a crusader for affordable housing, working with politicians and lenders in all regions of Florida. His contributions to affordable housing in Florida include serving as a Board member for the Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers, and an appointment by Governor Jeb Bush to the

Affordable Housing Study Commission, which advises the Department of Community Affairs in regard to Florida’s affordable housing needs.
