Our community-oriented views are anchored by the many members of the Carlisle family who trace their roots back to public service.

Not many other real estate companies can draw upon the unique experience and perspective that only comes from serving in such roles as: City Manager; County Commissioner; City Commissioner; State Legislator; Secretary of Florida's Department of Community Affairs; Executive Director of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Chief Development Officer and Deputy Development Officer of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation; a member of the Governor's Affordable Housing Study Commission; Chairman of a Metropolitan Planning Organization; and General Manager of a small town daily newspaper. Our depth of public service experience enables us to approach affordable housing with an eye to sound public policy and our development track record proves we are equally capable of successfully building and managing.
